Roles and Responsibilities

• • Handle inbound enquiries (calls, messages, walk-ins) and understand client requirements
• • Manage client conversations and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed orders (no cold calling)
• • Prepare quotations and basic order documentation accurately
• • Conduct site visits for measurements and sample approvals when required
• • Capture photos/videos of completed projects and support social media updates
• • Take ownership of tasks and support day-to-day operations and team coordination across functions

Skills Required

Other Requirements

• • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory). Kannada and other languages are a plus point.
• • Comfortable speaking with clients and handling conversations independently
• • Prior experience in client handling/sales/coordination roles is appreciated.
• • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
• • Comfortable travelling within the city for site visits when required

• • Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral patterns and adapt them to the brand
• • Shoot and edit high-quality videos and reels into clear and engaging stories
• • Collaborate closely with on-site teams to ensure strong content quality, angles, and storytelling
• • Manage the complete content process from ideation to publishing and engagement
• • Maintain consistency in posting and ensure alignment with brand positioning
• • Capture photos and videos of completed projects for social media updates
• • Analyze content performance and continuously improve based on insights

Skills Required

Other Requirements

• • Prior experience in content creation through personal pages, freelance work, or internships
• • Strong skills in video shooting and editing
• • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
• • Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content trends
• • Basic understanding of digital marketing as an added advantage
• • A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility without requiring constant supervision
